Only one problem this morning the doors to the elevator area was locked. After two calls to the front desk I learned that maintenance was being done. The doors were not supposed to be locked. It was over one hour before they were unlocked. I even took the stairs first to learn that exiting would set off an alarm. So I went back upstairs. We were virtually locked on the floor for over one hour that I was aware of. Very basic. Poor lighting for makeup etc. We were given what I imagine is one of the worst rooms in the hotel in regards to location. Second floor, out the window was the roof and a wall. So, ambiance there wasn’t the best. They no longer have valet parking. Check-in experience was good. We did call down to ask for some wine glasses to be brought up and it took over a half hour and two calls. Love that we get access to the Bay Club while staying there.
