The 25hours hotel is stylish, with a modern off-beat funky theme, which we really liked. Rooms were spacious, clean and we were provided with everything we needed (the staff were really quick at sending an iron to our room when we requested!) The rooftop bar was really good, with amazing views, and breakfast was really good too. Really good location too. We'll definitely be looking for a 25hours hotel next time we travel to any major city!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for an extraordinary stay. Wonderfully located in the heart of the city and across from the Vienna Opera House. The staff was impeccable. We look forward to staying with them again.

Our room had a terrible ant issue, we brought it to the attention of staff shortly after our arrival, who said they had no alternative room available and the cleaners were no longer on site, so nobody could assist us. We had to stay in our room another night with ants crawling all over the floors and bed!! Took till after 3pm the following day for someone to even come and look at our room! Also - communal iron(which in the morning there was an queue for on more than one occasion) and tea and coffee facilities on the third floor, which was very inconvenient, no milk for the teas just creamer, and coffee was awful. I never leave a bad review, but I was so disappointed. This is our last trip together before we have our baby, so wanted it to be special, not stressful and bug infested!!

I love this hotel and have stayed many times and will likely continue to during my business trips to Austria. However, this visit, front desk person didn’t want to speak English when I called ahead of my stay to ask a question. He did but basically sighed and acted annoyed. I even called him out about it and he apologized. I’m sure being bought out by a British company is challenging but employees shouldn’t act annoyed if a guest wishes to speak English which is their native language are their than try to speak German. Also, half the tv stations don’t work. And non of the English speaking channels like the BBC. The shower is crazy and leaks into the toilet area. Maybe a lip could be added to prevent this.
