Our stay at Notos Therme Hotel was a mix of unexpected challenges and genuinely warm hospitality. What took us by surprise on arrival were the major building works taking place in the harbour directly below the hotel. The noise, dust, and general disruption were unavoidable each morning, and additional works at a neighbouring property added to the disturbance. We hadn’t been advised of any of this beforehand, which was disappointing and set the wrong tone at the start of the trip. That said, George and the entire team handled the situation with sincerity and professionalism. They were extremely apologetic and immediately offered us a complimentary room move and upgrade, which we truly appreciated. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their warmth made a noticeable difference, and after a couple of days we found ourselves oddly invested in watching the harbour works progress — a bit of unexpected entertainment. The hotel itself has a lot of charm, though it’s clear that some areas would benefit from updating. To their credit, the management team openly acknowledges this and seems committed to improving the property. Overall, despite the disruption, we had a pleasant stay — made significantly better by George and his team, whose kindness and effort turned a rocky start into a memorable visit.

The staff and the property have made my stay absolutely stellar. Gorgeous property. Just a dream come true. Food. Service. Arrival. Departure. Top shelf!!! Help w various grand transport. I really can’t say enough great things about this resort and staff. Already looking to book again next May!! Thank you again.

Honestly can’t say enough about this hotel. The manager Nancy is not someone who sits behind a desk she is very attentive and cares soo much about all her guests, the staff greet you everyday and anytime you need anything. The rooms were gorgeous ugh 10/10 recommend !!

We had a lovely stay the stay we’re very friendly and helpful. We were unable to use the jacuzzi bath in our room as the water was lukewarm warm, until the last day of our stay. The shower was obviously also an issue going to complete cold on one of the days until it was fixed on our last day. Which was a shame as the rest of the amenities at the hotel were great.

The hotel offers a free shuttle from and to the port and airport, which is a plus given the taxi fares on Mykonos. Hotel structure and location are excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant. The big con for us was the shower. While it had a glass box, it contained a clogged and slow drain which cause it to overflow fast with the main shower’s water flow, invading the bedroom floor and making a huge mess. My wife couldn’t even wash her hair and had to take a quick shower. After complaining about it at the reception, they did seem to clean the drain and improve water drainage, but soon after two showers the problem reappeared.
