The hotel and staff were excellent and did try to accommodate my food choices (I’m vegan ). Generally I think more vegan options could be made available now we are in 2024 and vegans are more common. Even non vegans choose plant based sometimes. Anyway the hotel was lovely. We did feel under pressure to leave at 11am precisely at check out time but did appreciate the lift to the port area. I would recommend this hotel highly however.

The property has a beautiful view and with the hot tub outside to enjoy this spectacular view. The host Anastasia was very helpful with anything. Breakfast was great and served outside the balcony. Room is spacious, WiFi is unexpectedly fast and stable.

Beautiful view over the volcano. Conveniently located for Fira. Excellent friendly service from the concierge. Taxi can get to the door so no luggage up and down the cliff face.

This was one of the best hotels I have been in. Brilliant service, very clean rooms, our rooms were cleaned every day, perfect place for connections to different transport.

Location is fantastic but one needs to be ready to walk up & down a little bit. The owner / caretaker is very helpful. Staff is very friendly. If you have heavy luggage, ensure you get the help of a porter. We got this help.

The single bed room was spacious, bright, clean and nicely decorated with a balcony offering nice view of the road and sea. The amenities provided in the room and the attached bathroom were adequate. The breakfast served in the room was delicious, however, menu options and nutritional requirements could be discussed before serving. From beginning to end, this was an outstanding holiday! The location was perfect. Our suite was perfect (Room 3). Vasili and his staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. So peaceful, yet only steps away from a buzzing Fira with its shops, restaurants and clubs. The location is perfect! Other suites have a pathway cutting through so there is no privacy. Cocoon is in an area to itself so strangers are not walking past while you relax in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and served to our room every morning ( you pick the time) so we could eat on the balcony with the sea view. The place had the home feeling as well as the area is situated in. You get to see the locals using the beach as well as tourists. Simple place but with all you need and super clean. The reception was accomodating, helpful and really went the extra mile. The lady that was looking after the cleaning was so adorable, caring and present when needed, with a genuine pleasure to help. A feeling you can't find in many places.. Best to hire a car to explore the surroundings, a bus also operate nearby.
