Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of food and we ordered one bar meal which was very good. On Sunday and Monday they only serve pre booked set meals. We didn’t realise this and as we only wanted a salad then we were unable to eat. The relaxation areas and pools are great - comfortable loungers, plenty of towels and indoor/outdoor pools are heated 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maybe they could improve on English signage and communication? I only know basic German so found it a bit difficult at times.

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.
