The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However the hotel is old and clearly needs updating. No USB sockets in the room for convenience, nor any double beds or double sheets available!
The balcony has unvarnished wood that is starting to break off in splinters too.

Nice place and nice staff.
Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. It’s conveniently located, the food was excellent, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges.
