The check-in system was down on arrival so slowed it down but staff did explain and apologise. Emailed them a few days before arrival and was assured the sofa bed would be made up on arrival and it wasn’t. The sofa bed was not fit for anyone to sleep on. The mattress on it was only about 2 inches thick and worn away to nothing. Also woken up twice by the maid coming in the room even with the do not disturb up. Real shame this visit as we always use this hotel and always been 5/5 in the past.
