Red Bank - Tinton Falls Yoga Holidays

I called the front desk to put in a noise complaint because of people being loud when I had to go to sleep and be up early to catch my flight, but it was never resolved. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay at Harrah's.

The room was fine. But the service was very unfriendly, uncooperative, just not what you would expect from a Hilton. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room and staff would not let us retrieve it, just 10 minutes after checking out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get the phone. Staff were generally not helpful. Parking garage is immense with Very poor signage. Many other guests having problems with the parking. And they charge $24 for this. Altogether Disappointing.

The rooftop pool was below average in size and dirty . Also the chairs I paid was like bar stool that was soooo uncomfortable and inappropriate for the pool . I have never seen in any other hotels to pay for the pool as guest of the hotel except daybeds and cabanas.

Property is ABSOLUTELY stunning and very clean. WILL come back and make this property my main establishment when in town which I frequently visit.
