Hotel was nice (albeit very hot with no ac and warm temps) but I had an awful experience with the evening cook (man said he was a student, so hopefully not a full time employee). He insulted me by asking me if I was pregnant, something you never ask a woman unless you are very sure. I cancelled our reservation for 6 people to avoid him, as he was obviously making an insult about my weight.

A fan would've been good on this very hot night.

We did like the rooms,the Spa and the dining roooms. We should like to have a balcony outside our room .

Great hotel, but without staff

Staff at hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful. Generous with their time to assist. Great team! The location is perfect for exploring Oslo.

We did like the rooms,the Spa and the dining roooms. We should like to have a balcony outside our room .

The rooms could use some updating. It was a good facility and met our needs.
