9.2/10 Wonderful! (3,827 reviews)
Horrible and overpriced hotel rooms were nasty and smell like old there was bugs and cucarachas at the bathrooms, security was so rude and awkward to even walk around the hotel, pool and the rooftop wasn’t even open I was so excited about this hotel for what I saw online but I’m very disappointed and disgusted by this place, they don’t even do daily room service

9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,373 reviews)
Room was super clean and staff was really friendly. Enjoyed the room service from the restaurant inside the hotel. Food was very good, especially since we didn’t have to travel. Partnership with Yolk was great for breakfast.
