Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, around the corner from Pike Place Market, and our room had a fabulous view. We enjoyed the views (and cocktails) from the rooftop terrace, and everyone on staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!

Huge short staff. The hotel itself is great in greatest location but I don’t know what the hotel management think to decrease the staff during World Cup!!!

So most of the staff at the resort were friendly but you could tell by the way they looked it was a forced friendly. Since they over booked we got the luxury of being moved to another cabin and not the one we initially were assigned. The floor in the bathroom was cracking up and needed to be replaced, honestly I'd be embarrassed to put one of my guests in. The food there was good but same thing not super friendly at all. My wife had to literally beg for towels but we got enough! We did have a good time.

Loved the top floor so we could see and hear the ocean. Also loved the little coffee shack on the property. The beach was awesome! Didn't like that some people were shooting off fireworks which scared my dog. We will definitely go back.
