Outside was Soo Pretty, very comfortable to relax!
Bar closed unfortunately 8 pm
All and all very nice; rugs should be taken up and replaced with flooring.
Furniture in room very retro, bathrooms very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at White Oaks. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the spa, pool and hot tub. The food and bar were exceptional.

Value for money is questionable versus toronto’s other eight or nine true 5 star hotels.
House car is NEVER available and we were in a higher tier suite. (4 days)
Room service was good. Not great. We also didn’t order anything to drink with room service yet they didn’t even bring ice water. Which is very odd for a five star hotel.

Clean, staff were excellent, close to everything downtown. 4pm check-in can be tight if the room is delayed and you’re hoping to get in before sports or other events in the city.

Very clean central hotel with excellent accommodating staff. The room was spotless although small but served purposes. The elevator waiting for breakfast took a little bit of time but the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
