Hotiday have no representation at this site. The site is run by Club Del Sole, who have packed the site with holiday accommodations and sublet the majority to companies like Hotiday. The other companies have a company representative on the site, hotiday does not, Baring the actual accommodation the site images are completely misrepresented what to expect. If you are expecting a Club Del Sole experience, then you will be happy. If you are expecting a tranquil beach breakas suggested by the photos, run by the people you have booked the hotel through, then you will be as disappointed as we were. We are still trying to contact Hotiday about this misrepresentation, which has now taken a week. On top of this disappointment, we were told there would be an additional daily charges( €17) for sunbeds, which was enforced by security. An unnecessary cost at an already expensive overcrowded site. The alternative...lie on the grass in roped off areas.

Working air condition, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed in a really comfortable package. The bedding was very comfortable and the pillows were soft but firm. The shutters ensured privacy and blocked out light. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. The locking system was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of the amphitheatre. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t enough to reach the bedrooms and it was very hot week!

Large site but doesn’t feel overlooked in the mobile homes. Lots of trees. Great facilities and lovely beach. Staff friendly

Excellent experience , Good restaurants , Very autentic Italian styled vacation. My only feedback is the temperature in the rooms, those are centealy controlled not allowing A/C Bellow 25 centigrades , really annoying in a location like this.

Personal war top, aber das Zimmer war wirklich schlimm. Direkt am Parkplatz, ganze Nacht den Lärm der Straße. Tagsüber der Rauch der Angestellten, die dort Pause machen. Klima roch auch nach Rauch. Lifte ständig überfüllt, 2x 4 Personen ist halt einfach zu wenig. Essen am Abend war sehr ernüchternd, vor Allem weil um 20:20 bereits nicht mehr nachgelegt wurde. Was aus war war aus. Essenshalle gibt auch sehr stark das Feriencamp Feeling aus der Jugend. Für den Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels annehmbar. Mehr als diese zwei Nächte möchte ich dort aber nicht verbringen müssen.

Very clean place. Friendly and smiling staff good the hotel had bicycles so we didn’t have to walk into town. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Maybe the coffee machine could be better. All in all we had a wonderful time.
