Overall, I would describe my stay as average, and I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again.
There were several staff members who really stood out and made the experience better. Chandra at the pool was friendly and helpful, and the bartenders at the pool bar were great as well. The buffet staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The front desk staff was also pleasant and helpful.
The Mexican restaurant was a mixed experience. One evening, our waitress seemed to prioritize other guests who arrived after us, which was disappointing. However, the gentleman working at the Mexican restaurant during the daytime was amazing—very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.
Housekeeping also needs some attention. I called to request sheets but never received them. I also requested a restock of water and soda, but that was never taken care of.
Overall, there were definitely some positive experiences with the staff, but the inconsistencies in service and housekeeping made the stay feel just average. I appreciate the employees who went above and beyond, but based on the overall experience, I’m not sure I would stay here again.
