"My stay was amazing Nicky was so attentive and helpful during our stay. Even before we arrived she communicated with us to ensure she was prepared for our arrival. Once we arrived there was no delay on check in since it was completely before arrival. The property was clean, modern, and quiet it provided the right amount of privacy and peace we needed. Oh yeah I can’t forget to mention the mattress and pillows were so comfortable, and the balcony was massive. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to recommend this location to others. I’m looking forward to my next vacation to St Maarten and I already know where I’m staying. I appreciate the hospitality Nicky provided during our stay."

"Truly a hidden treasure! It is a well tucked away, wonderful and spacious accommodation. The host Nada was truly responsive and accommodating and consistently strives to meet guests’ needs and preferences. The apartment is well equipped and well kept. My parents and I were very comfortable staying there. The view is also amazing! I will definitely recommend this place."

"We had an absolute blast during our stay here. You couldn't ask for a better spot in Philipsburg, steps from the sand and right on the boardwalk made exploring, and relaxing on the beach amazing.The condo was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and provided everything we needed for the week. Our host was exceptional, super responsive, welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Maarten!"

"Very private and quiet setting excellent view of the ocean from your rear deck.Small infinity pool on property is just right for your enjoyment.This one bedroom apartment is perfect for two guest who want to get away from the resort crowds and dont need all the amenities that they offer.You constantly hear the waves crashing against the rocky shoreline very zen like when going to sleep or sitting outside with a coffee in the morning or hanging out in the evening very romantic.Property is a little dated / clean but kept up very well the owners live next door and are their if needed and give you your space they maintain the pool each morning and are very friendly, You are close to all that Philipsburg has to offer beach,boardwalk,groceries.the Flying Dutchman Zip Line everything else is accessible with a car on the island.If and when i revisit St.Maarten i will be staying here again enjoyed my time and money spent here."
