Rooms not that clean. Truly feel cleaning staff presents with lazy cleaning. Stains in toilet, showers with hairs that aren’t mine, and we had 2 separate rooms due to cleaning issues.

Great little hotel, almost ruined by the elevator banging night and day, echoing in my room. The nearby club noise didn't bother us at all. It was the clanging elevator.

This hotel is just exceptional I really enjoyed my stay over there I can’t wait to come back to Austin just so that I can stay in this hotel again truly worth the hype the reviews are not wrong at all

Everything was to our satisfaction, we particularly enjoyed drinks on the second floor of the lobby bar, the Victorian.

Great loctaion. New building with great rooms. Staff very nice and friendly. Quality of food was great at the gold level.

Beautiful river view with balcony. Delicious burger and fries at Ripples and Roots with attentive staff. Need a big appetite for breakfast brunch. Would go back without hesitation.

Traveling with our two dogs. This was the most accommodating property we've ever visited with our pets. Great experience.

The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better.
