8.4/10 Very good! (427 reviews)
The Aishen club is definitely not for families. The rooms are far too small and the showers barely fit one person. The room was not very clean, there was dust everywhere and the toilet in the bathroom was dirty. The small shower also had mold and was rusty. The people in the adherent room to us were very load and rowdy all night. My family wasn’t able to sleep and mind you we were traveling with a 1 year old. The next day we found that the people next to us had thrown food over to our balcony and in top of our clothes after we had kindly asked them to keep the noise down. The staff was very unhelpful in managing the situation and getting us into a different room. We ended up having to pay extra to be transferred over to another hotel within the same grounds, and we had to basically beg the manager to move us. If you do go I recommend you at at the Fulya or Selin Hotels and NOT the Aishen Club

9/10 Wonderful! (34 reviews)
Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢
We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the resort…Martin & John had a blast at archery at 4pm every afternoon. I used the gym facilities which were great.

7.6/10 Good! (223 reviews)
This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages.
The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink.
The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families.
Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting.
We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (276 reviews)
The positives:-
Good service at the blue bar and the main pool
Housekeeping staff for rooms
Ground floor room block 5 no issues and staff were accommodating bringing additional sun loungers
Check in experience
Meeting other lovely English people
The negatives:-
Service at main buffet restaurant could be non existent was often left to eat without a drink
Food at all restaurants other than garden restaurant
Service at Olympic pool long waits for drinks even when ordering using QR
Some of the entertainment in the evenings (not all nights) was geared more towards Russian guests
(Alien Band)
24/7 restaurant seems to use the same beef for majority of meals and obviously reheated, stale nachos
Service at charm beach club after midnight it seems most staff clock off at this time
Toilets were not cleaned ahead of scandal party and covered in sand
All white swimwear was ruined by the chemicals in the pool not had this at other hotel pools
I am a returning guest and feel that the quality of food and service has deteriorated from when we stayed previously in July 2024.
