The worse place I have ever stayed! Not 4* at the very most this is 2* The tiny restaurant has been closed for a month. All the staff could offer was a chargeable coffee vending machine (undrinkable) and a BP Garage within walking distance. We were unable to sleep due to our room (36) being positioned next to Bliss nightclub which played very loud music from 21.00hrs-06.00hrs. None of the above is mentioned in Hotel.Com. We have been mis-sold. The photos on Hotel.com do not reflect the tired facilities we stayed in or the how isolated this property is. A BP garage is not what we consider a perk which the reception seemed to boast about.

Considering it was listed as a four star resort, it wasn’t up to par with the four star review the place has not been renovated over decades, landscaping, and overall was poor. Staff was not accommodating room didn’t even have a phone if you needed to call reception area. overall would not recommend it and spoke with other people and they said the same.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot fault anything. The accommodation, set amongst the orange groves, was amazing and we particularly loved the salt water swimming pool and rooftop terrace. Breakfast was beautifully presented and offered plenty of choice. Many thanks to Sergio, OD, and his staff who made our stay so memorable. Ola Yogi. We hope to return next year.
