Just off the front but on a busy street for traffic, restaurants and bars. We found on early in the morning you could hear traffic on the main road and side street. Other people staying at the hotel had no respect for other residents, banging doors and talking from 6.30am. Not a hotel I would recommend which is the first time for me saying this.

Nice, very modern hotel; helpful staff. Very small room- we had a balcony but they’re open to everyone else who has balconies. Good location; excellent breakfast buffet.

Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

We found the room very loud, we were woken several times overnight to loud noises. The hotel itself was nice, the breakfast was very average. When we went to find a table nothing was cleared and it seemed the staff were overwhelmed. The location of the hotel was very average. It was difficult to get to the main tourist areas. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you don’t have a car.

This is an okay hotel. Pluses: pretty good location, easy walking distance to the old city center and major sights. The suite was very spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. And the bathroom was great - best shower ever. Cons: our non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke. The bed was not super comfortable - very firm, flat hard pillows, and no duvet; just a sheet and one rather scratchy blanket. Staff were polite but not friendly, and on our one full evening there, we could not go up to the rooftop bar because of a private event happening - which no one ever communicated in advance. Lastly, breakfast had lots of options, but none of them great quality.
