(1,440 reviews) The staff are the best thing about this hotel. From check-in, the clerk, I believe her name was Alyssa? Went above and beyond in service. We checked in early and she upgraded our room to a high floor with a nice view. Everywhere we went in the property we were greeted with a smile. Transport within the property was very convenient, but I wish they offered more options for shuttle outside of the hotel to D-Mall. They only offer shuttle for 3 time slots and it is only a drop off. The breakfast buffet was amazing and many of the food options changed every day of our stay. The restaurants in the property were also good but a bit pricey in my opinion. We ended up just taking advantage of the breakfast buffet but we would eat dinner near D-Mall as there were more affordable options.
