The staff were amazing, from the housekeeping team to the friendly staff everywhere you went. However in particular.. Samuel from the poolside bar was the best. I was thinking on my way there that the swim up bar would be my favourite… it wasn’t. Samuel made the trip every day with his electric attitude, his amazing personality and the way he interacted with my daughters making them special drinks and making them feel special. (They’re 8 and 11) thank you Samuel. See yoooouu brother

If you like 24 hour music and lots of partying this is the place for you. Resort is very big with a great beach. There are no quiet pools , chairs and shade are very hard to find at all pools and beach areas. Food is fine however they ran out of many food items throughout the day. The rooms are large and well equipped and maintained.

Exceptional service, staff were very attentive and helpful in any way possible. Beautiful and tranquil spot. Room was beautifully decorated and view from the balcony was truly amazing especially dining sunrise.

The room was always clean; room service was quick and ready to assist us. The staff was phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable and comfortable. They remembered our names, our orders, provided suggestions to places, and facilitated anything we needed. It was truly an amazing experience. I would definitely do it again.

The beach view was astonishing, you can enjoy it practically from every room, the room spotless clean. The staff very professional and friendly, always showing genuine hospitality. We were very impressed, and I have to tell you we have been in many 5 stars, specially in both coasts of Florida. Definitely recommend… and we want to return there soon!😎😌😊

Rooms were clean, but condition of things were in rough shape and quality was average. Food was average and we felt like the food served at the restaurants was the same food you could get at the buffet. Would not consider the restaurants as fine dining. We opted to not upgrade to diamond club and noticed that getting a server to get you drinks was difficult. Loved the lazy river and water park features. Beach was beautiful and lots of fun activities all day and evening!

Great sized room! The staff were very friendly. Wish there was more top shelf liquor options, as very limited.
