This was my fourth time staying in this incredible hotel. The hotel is impeccable. The staff is fantastic, very friendly. The food was great. The daily breakfast has a variety of excellent products and delicious dishes. Although the hotel is located three blocks away from Provenza and all the bars and restaurants, I never heard any kind of noise.

Excelente servicio, personal super atento, excelente logística ya que tuvimos la mala experiencia del terremoto y el Personal muy bien adiestrado. Desayunos super ricos, limpieza impecable, todo muy bien.

The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, the room is beautiful, and the breakfast is lovely.

This a beautiful suite hotel that is incredibly spacious. It’s has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. No complaints of the meticulous cleanliness. However, only complainant was we were there during the earthquake and there staff was not prepared at all to guide the guests in an event of an emergency. We were left to fend for ourselves despite no damage to the building whatsoever the tremble and shaking was very rough, especially in the high floors. There was no alarm, no direction, no one in charge to tell us what was going on. We had to keep asking if the hotel had been checked for any damage repeatedly and just got a casual yes from the front desk. No reassurance whatsoever from staff and no information was shared. As guests, we were nervous and deserved guidance, direction and information. Otherwise there is no better location for families right across El Tesoro.
