I travel to Las Vegas for work about three times a month and regularly try different hotels and casinos. Unfortunately, this one was not one of my better experiences, and here’s why. When we checked into the room, there was what appeared to be body fluid splatter on the nightstand closest to the window. I immediately called the front desk and was told someone would come up right away to address it. No one ever arrived. After waiting about an hour, I called back and was informed that a ticket had been placed and that they would get to it at some point. They also questioned the concern and suggested it was “soap splatter,” which it clearly was not. In addition, the sheer curtain in the room did not function properly and that issue was never addressed either. Because of the overall experience and lack of follow-through, I’ve decided to remove this property from my list of places to revisit in the future.

Staff were excellent

The service felt less sharp and anticipatory than I expected at this level of hotel. Pool operations were disorganized—reservation system unclear, poor coordination.

Very nice resort in a great location. Lots of restaurants and shops on site as well as in walling distance. The location is much more relaxing than the strip which is only a 20 minute drive away. My only wish is for an in-room coffee maker and fridge.

Clean room. Fridge was locked so didn’t use it. Never spoke to single staff member check in was self service you walk in and scan a code and make your own room key.
