Rooms are small. No shelf space in bathroom for toiletries. Single pane windows so we got to hear the vehicles with exhaust cutouts racing at night which were very loud, and the rooms were cold near the windows and the floors were cold also. There no information brochures in the room or visible in the lobby. Hotel tried to tack on a daily $20 fee for who knows what and the desk clerk couldn’t tell me either. Would stay elsewhere next trip for sure.

Front desk was great, valet parking attendants went above and beyond! Room service was disappointing, it was 15 mins after the “scheduled” time but the order was missing items, silverware, and napkins. The guy who brought our food to the room was unfriendly and walked away before I could check the order. When I tried to call the front desk and the room service line the phone system didn’t allow me to speak to a person, just kept reverting me to the online ordering but can’t request anything or correction online.

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle and would highly recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern interior and the warm, colorful lobby, which immediately made the space feel inviting and comfortable. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. After leaving another hotel that I didn’t enjoy, I arrived much earlier than standard check-in time, and they graciously accommodated me with an early check-in, which I really appreciated. My room was large, spacious, and beautifully designed with a modern, bright aesthetic. It felt fresh and relaxing, and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel also offers a nice workout facility and an excellent on-site restaurant, which added to the overall convenience. On top of that, the location is outstanding—right in the heart of downtown and close to everything I needed in the city. Overall, this hotel delivers on comfort, style, and service. Between the welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, spacious rooms, and prime location, it made my stay in Seattle both easy and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.
