Swissotel is an exceptional hotel, with a luxurious aroma which you notice even outside and unique artwork throughout.
We stayed in the family garden room and this was spacious and had a second toilet which was a surprise. The room was well maintained and had all the facilities you require to have an enjoyable stay.
The only small downside is that whilst there was a balcony it didn’t have a seating area as it was too small to have a chair and table.
All the employees were kind and attentive.
The spa staff were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend trying a treatment or two !!! 😁.
Overall we had an amazing week at the Swissotel and I would highly recommend this hotel.

"This is a pleasant place, and I think good value for your money. I was interested in the spa facilities, and they did not disappoint. The place is a bit dated, but still quite a place. You will not get thermal water in your room. Room Pleasant and clean. Could have been bigger...a large nicely tiled ..."
