I had a great stay and would stay again and also recommend to others. Easy to get around, my stay was based on attending the Albert Hall which was literally less than a 10min walk.

not easy to reach. the street that the gps take you is closed. you have to be creative to reach. there is a parking garage begind it that they are not responsible for. 40 ponds a night very cute interior, true tree house .

Great new looking property, easy close by parking. Room spacious, quite clinical looking, not keen on the open bathroom, mini bar, not too expensive Breakfast very good tasty ingredients

Congratulations to the management for your staff training, your staff were Polite, efficient and knowledgeable. A very comfortable stay, this all made for a really enjoyable stay.

We booked the hotel when air traffic control issues led to our flight from a different airport being cancelled. The property was clean, comfortable and very close to East Midlands Airport. We had a very early flight so the location was key.

Convenient location, room was good and some staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool/sauna area good, with excellent changing facilities. Disappointing restaurant, quite a few people walking through - a bit of a thoroughfare!. First choice of dish not available. Often had to wait for staff eg in the dining room and the bar, also no gin glasses for G&T

Hotel staff very friendly and professional, room clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and bathroom good. Restaurant lovely and great staff.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the heater in the room didn’t work properly. Bathroom was clean but very small, shower stall was tiny!
