Clean room, nice area but we felt like the staff were all quite vague with instructions (especially at the spa) or blunt when you tried to talk to them. The spa is expensive and the restaurants aren’t really anything to rave about so don’t get stuck there for 10 days with only a few restaurants to choose from like we did. There is nothing else around the area. Breakfast was decent.

Room with the pool and see view. Spacious arrangement. Complementary Fruits. Friendly Staff. Entertainment. Free activities in the morning. Will enjoy more next time.

Great location and beautifull beach

Hotel is in a great location and the staff were amazing. They were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel has some issues. We were traveling with our toddler so wanted to spend slot of our time around the pool but the pool is not heated or temp controlled, so is freezing cold all the time and because of its orientation, the entire area never gets any sun. Also the breakfast is fairly average for the cost. Overall it’s an ok place to stay if you’re out doing day trips all the time but if you’re going to spend a lot of your time in the hotel, it’s fairly expensive for what you get, and it’s level of advertised luxury is not worth the price you pay. But have to say again, the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and super friendly.

The whole experience was amazing. The whole place offers the highest service one can expect. The location could not be better, the breakfast is fantastic with various options to all tastes. The pool area and gym were my favourites. You can literally consider it a full resort. They really thought about every single detail to provide a great stay to all. From the scents in every room and corridors, to the perfect temperature everywhere. Even the delicious sparkling tea left to the guests in the room is a small gesture that makes an impact. The staff is the best. I will always come back when visiting KL.

The rooms were beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly. The views of the ocean were incredible. The evening dining experience was a bit crowded and the food was much more Asian style with not a lot of options, but otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
