Pictures are misleading! The place was dirty and not luxurious at all.

It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.

The property is nice and in the heart of West Hollywood. It was nice and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was a little low but all in all I had an excellent stay.

Stayed here before same type of room... Ist time was a wonderful experience 2nd time expectations didnt match.

Lovely pool and restaurant

Everything was spectacular. This is the kindest staff I have ever encountered at a 1 Hotel with the best service (and I’ve stayed at every U.S. property. They truly cared about my fiancée and I having a wonderful celebration for our recent engagement and we will be returning for every anniversary. Bravo to the management team!!

This Hotel is A++, great facilities and such a caring wonderful staff. The team at this hotel really care about you and their attention to detail is second to none. The room was spotless and well appointed. What a wonderful stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pier 39 and other popular attractions, which made it super convenient. The hotel is a bit old, but our room was clean, which is always a top priority. The lobby is nicely decorated, and the central courtyard has lovely outdoor areas that are peaceful and pleasant to relax in. The hotel could use a little TLC (tender loving care) to freshen things up a bit, especially in the common areas. The only real downside was the elevator—every day, at least one elevator was out of service, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was fine, and we had a comfortable stay. We’d definitely consider coming back, mainly because of the great location and relaxing atmosphere.
