Indonesia Waterpark Holidays

We were a little disappointed in this hotel. We have been to Bali many times and stayed in numerous different locations and different hotel styles. We noticed cigarette butts on pathway from pool which remained until we left. Some mornings at breakfast we didn’t get offered tea or coffee due to the lack of staff. There were problems getting a sun lounger everyday with people getting to the pool at 7am putting out towels and not returning for hours. I noticed this a lot as I went out for an early swim everyday. The room was cleaned everyday but to a minimal standard. I appreciate it’s a large resort and we did travel in the busy period, Australian school holidays, but I don’t think we would return.

Wow!! What an experience!! Most incredible place, staff were fantastic and villa was beautiful. Even though it in the heart of seminyak it was buried down an alley so it was quiet and not busy!! The gardens were well kept. Could not fault a single thing

The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. I was able to request anything I needed from the villa’s butler, and the service of having breakfast made and cleaned up at the villa was fantastic. The villa was conveniently located close to the beach, making it very easy to walk there, and it was perfect for morning strolls. The area around the villa was very quiet, and it felt completely safe to walk around inside. The staff were extremely friendly.

Great facilities, unfortunately some spilt Fishguts in the restaurant caused my wife to slip and hurt her leg. Staff seemed to regret this but ultimately nothing was done.

Great place to stay

Nice property but there are alot of kids....even at the bar at night. Thats ok....I just didn't realize how kid friendly it was. They had multiple pools and cabanas to rent. Kids would love the pool with the slides and kid friendly pool bar. Room was clean and the whole property was huge. In walking distance to everything in regards to shopping and dining. I would recommend for families with kids.
