I will not be returning to this resort, nor will I be recommending it to anyone. My experience was very disappointing for the following reasons:
Poor guidance: The staff gave me wrong directions to Aquaworld, sending me outside instead of using the indoor walkway—completely impractical for guests in swimwear.
Terrible food: The dinner buffet had a very limited selection and the quality was poor. The meat was so dry and overcooked that it was almost impossible to eat.
Misleading information: The water park is advertised as opening at 7:00 AM, but the slides don't open until 10:00 AM. Since check-out is at 11:00 AM, we had barely any time to enjoy the facilities.
Overall, a very frustrating experience.
