Good service and the room was clean

Wonderful stay, attentive staff, very clean room. The spa facilities are very high quality and had a lovely massage. Good choices for breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here, the spa was a particular highlight that is free for guests to use.

Nice spot to stay

We just left this past Tuesday. The staff was wonderful! They truly made our stay great and helped with an e-bike tour and a ride to the airport. This resort is wonderful! Such great views from the pool of the sea! Would highly recommend! Also the breakfast buffet is hands down a great experience and value!

Wonderful property, amazing hosts. 20 minutes outside of Florence center-easy to get a taxi. My family loved everything about our stay here!

The location was very convenient, across the train station. The room was very clean but when we opened one of the drawers we found a bunch of men underwear and socks. Kinda disgusting. In the bathroom the bar supporting the shower constantly falling off, the hotel needs some TLC The rest was good . Kudos for offering 2 extra pillows!

Firstly this hotel is on a side street and not easy to find. We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. The front desk declined to move us to another room and offered only a refund — which doesn’t help when an equivalent room for the same dates now costs roughly double, leaving us to find and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves in peak summer heat. When we asked to resolve it with the manager, Giulia, the front desk would not call her directly and said they were unable to reach her; our own later attempts to contact her also went unanswered. This was not a weekend check-in or a late night check-in that the manager is not available. She had instructed the front desk not to call her. For a 4-star hotel at this price, being unable to provide a functioning air-conditioned room, refusing to relocate us, and leaving guests with no way to reach management is a serious failure. A carefully planned family trip, badly let down by rude staff and missing manager. Whoever owns this hotel should evaluate. The hotel itself is not a 4 star either at best a 1 or 2 star. We would recommend travels AVOID this hotel.
