There is attention to detail at every corner very friendly staff, warm southern Italian hospitality, a very inviting pool and a beautiful restaurant. Lots of options for breakfast as well. We really appreciate how friendly and knowledgable the bartending staff was. We will return!

Beautiful property, great staff, amazing breakfast and gorgeous grounds. If they had parking on site it would be better.

The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. Overall property was very nice and comfortable. Big rooms. Pillows are memory foam so were great. The pool is very large. Good outdoor patio experience. And there is a gym and spa on site. Check out the spa online in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We don’t usually choose half board but we are glad we did! The first night there was a buffet in the garden, of local food, this was the best buffet I have ever had, everything was so fresh and tasty and there was lots of vegetarian choice. We ate off the a la carte menu our other 2 nights, which again was amazing food, with lots of choice, as was breakfast. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the lovely town of Otranto. We had a standard room, the only criticism is the bathroom could do with a bit of an update, the shower wasn’t great with poor pressure if you had it on warm. There was live music and dancing one night and we enjoyed the tour of the underground Oil Mill and Olive Oil Tasting which was provided by the hotel.

Convenient place to stay near the station. The breakfast was good and varied.

It was everything we could have asked for and more. The property is beautiful, well kept and impeccably clean. The food and drinks were delicious. The staff was beyond amazing. Anna went above and beyond to make sure our stay perfect. It was an excellent and unforgettable week. We will definitely be back soon!
