Staff was attentive and very helpful had an issue with a noise in my room staff responded immediately and apologized sent us desserts which was really nice will stay again ❤️

El personal es sumamente atento y gentil, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer sentir a los huéspedes bienvenidos. Nos encantó la música en vivo que ofrecen, creando un ambiente relajado y acogedor. Además, la ubicación es perfecta: está muy cerca de los principales lugares turísticos, lo que facilita explorar la zona sin complicaciones. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

Liked it overall. Good breakfast the only thing its that you get bored easily, also the pool was only functional one day out of my stay.

Everything was fantastic, however the bed sheets could be a little more clean, restock paper towel or hand towel in the bathroom and restock drinks as well as water :). The bathroom could be little more clean. Other than that everything was perfect.

The food was very good at the hotel. Several options to choose from at the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent! Staff very attentive. Some minor issues with the in-room safe. Clean but somewhat dated hotel decor. Overall, I would recommend.
