Hotel was clean and modern, staff were great however the floor plan is an absolute rabbit warren and there are insufficient elevators for the number of keys.

All of the staff were wonderful! Dinner was delicious and the bar is excellent. Very close to the underground station which makes it easy to get to and from. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel and most importantly the area was quiet. The staff was great as well. The room was cute, cozy and very clean.

The hotel service could have been much better. We had to request items like towels and cutlery multiple times before they arrived. It was also very dusty in the room, as in a layer of dust on some of the furniture. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and the location was great. My only other gripe was the television options; no option for streaming channels, etc.. A nice hotel overall, but not a 5 star experience by any measure.

Location of this property is wonderful. We had a large room, upgraded for free, which looked out across Kensington Garden. Very quiet hotel, never heard street noise or any other room noise. We would definitely stay here again. Whole Foods is also just a block away.

Unique boutique hotel with a beautiful aesthetic interior. Convenient for East London, easy walk to DLR
