Great customer services, room was clean. Everyone was friendly, ready to answer your questions. Everything was on point.

Front desk staff not helpful, Ipanema beach / water across the street had days with an oily sheen, debris, not good for swiming. Had a Uber to airport, front desk staff didn't mention street would be shutdown for a pre Carnival parade - rude!! Average room size, some street noise.

Amazing place to relax and have one to one time. Staff very friendly and nice. Room was great and very clean.

The room was not spotless

Great stay. Exactly opposite the beach. Plenty to do. Great experience.

The hotel is well located, the staff is excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. However, the property clearly needs renovation, and it does not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel, despite being marketed as such. Overall, it is a comfortable stay, but the classification feels overstated.

Room was spotless, staff was incredibly hospitable and food was great, fresh fruits, fresh juice and flavourful coffee.

The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. I would not return though as the room was extremely small, like a college dorm room.

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. Six stars out of five!

The overall experience from the moment we arrived till the moment we left was excellent. Customer service was great and the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable
