I was looking for a stressfree retreat and this was exactly that. The entire place was beautifully presented and every single member of staff from management, waiters, house keeping and gardeners were just so kind and polite. I had no excursions planned but when i changed my mind, the hotel arranged this to meet my individual preferences. The transport and guides were equally as wonderful. The location is remote but perfect for having peace and quiet, yet still close enough for a nice drive to the city. Everyone was so kind and considerate and treat me so well. I would definitely return!

The property was clean and the room had lovely touches like rose petals and bottled water. What stood out was the staff, Amen was like our personal butler, he was always on hand to assist us with directions, tours and dinner recommendations.

This Riad is gorgeous! Located in a central part of the medina and had the most hospitable staff. I will never run out of great things to say about this place. I wish I spent more time there. 10/10 experience - book your stay now!

Very nice, clean and peaceful Riad. The room was very spacious. It had air conditioning in it which helped to cool the room when it was warm. The continental breakfast was nice also. The hosts were very professional and polite during our stay. They let us leave our luggage there on our last day when our flight was at 10pm. The shuttle service they arranged was on time and very professional.

Staff was amzing, seems to be overrated for 5 stars, a negative point is that there lots of works going on, at the lobby can barely hear each others, i am sure someone can make the right suggestions

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!

We recently stayed at Eden Lodge for several nights, and overall we had a mixed experience. The Room The room itself had a beautiful design and looked exactly like the photos — very stylish and well thought out visually. However, it was located directly under the restaurant/lobby area. Every morning we were woken up by the sound of people walking and, even worse, chairs being moved during breakfast service. There were also a few practical issues: There were no proper sleeping pillows on the bed, only decorative ones. We found one pillow in the closet. The closet was covered by a drape and didn’t offer enough space for two people staying more than four nights. The hangers were too close to the safe, leaving little room for shirts or jackets. There are no windows in the room, only a sliding door. During the day you can open it for fresh air, but at night you must keep it closed for privacy since staff walk by and can see inside if the drapes are open. The small water tank for the shower runs out of hot water quickly. The private pool outside the room was not heated. It was beautiful to look at, but not comfortable to use. The Staff The staff were incredible — truly the highlight of our stay. Both servers named Hamza were extremely accommodating and attentive, and the manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) made us feel at home. The breakfast is very good . The staff is kind and eager to help.
