Kitchen equipment could be better ( in sizes) to meet guests needs. There were 2 big cooking pots but no small saucepans. A provisional supply / hamper was good and thoughtful gesture to start you off. Cold Storage supermarket in Claymore Connect was easy to access and ideal for topping up. Housekeeping team good and thorough in keeping the Apartment clean. Laundry Service in B1 offers good service of washing and drying. No need to get your own washing powder; however you may need to remove others completed laundry from the washer to free up space. Reception staff approachable and helpful. Umbrellas placed front of building are free to borrow for rainy days, but could run out easily so bring your own as there are none inside your apartment. You will need it when the sky opens. Could not ask for a better location, easy access to shops, restaurants, etc in Orchard Rd, walking distance to Botanical Gdn, also to sister Hotel Jen connected to Tangling Mall where you can find lovely shops and eateries, including the wonderful Wine Connection, a restaurant that caters for all kind of food and a wide wine selections. Orchard Boulevard MRT a step away from Tangling if you prefer a more relaxing stroll rather than the hassle and bussel of Orchard MRT. There is also the Private Gleneagle Hospital close by . It operates 24 hours A/E. Hopefully you don't need it but reassuring to know facility of such is available. Happy to return.

I have simply loved my stay at the Grand Park City Hall hotel. The room was so spacious, bed comfortable and clean, bathroom a pleasure. 2 sinks, strong shower with steam room facility. Air conditioning worked really well (very grateful since Singapore heat is frightening) and although I did not use the facilities there is free access to the gym, pool and rooftop bar. Location was great for getting around, especially to Clarke Quay Central which is a 10 min walk away. Loved it!

I have simply loved my stay at the Grand Park City Hall hotel. The room was so spacious, bed comfortable and clean, bathroom a pleasure. 2 sinks, strong shower with steam room facility. Air conditioning worked really well (very grateful since Singapore heat is frightening) and although I did not use the facilities there is free access to the gym, pool and rooftop bar. Location was great for getting around, especially to Clarke Quay Central which is a 10 min walk away. Loved it!

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me. The room was fantastic spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely brilliant, one of the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The check-in staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about Singapore, which made me feel instantly at home. On the reception level, there’s even a robot coffee machine that adds a fun, modern touch to the experience a small detail, but one that shows how thoughtfully the hotel blends style with innovation. The sky bar and infinity pool are top notch, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. I’ve stayed at Marina Bay before, and yes, that’s bigger, but COMO Metropolitan really holds its own. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a retreat. Overall, this was a brilliant stay. Stylish rooms, superb service, and thoughtful extras made it memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, character, and a great base in Singapore.

Sofitel Singapore City Centre is a glorious starting place for exploring the city state. Right in the heart of China Town, it is accessible to various historic sites no less than Talok Ayer. The staff at Sofitel are brilliant, approachable and made our stay that much extra special. Special commendation to the reception staff, the lounge staff who were super helpful and of course the staff at the wonderful Racines restaurant.
