Central Singapore Waterpark Holidays

Very tired and old, aircon in our room was set at 24 degrees and sometimes went to 25 degrees and could not be adjusted. The shower head sat in a bracket but if turned on anything but low it would spray everywhere. The staff down the front that looked after the luggage were rude and dismissive. If I come back to Singapore I would not stay at this accommodation

The hotel staff are very friendly and service minded.

Very nice, walking distance to main attractions and near higway to go and come from airport to avoid traffic.

Tho only thing I didn't like was the noisy people around midnight yelling and slamming the doors. This went on until after 1am and the noise started again at 6.15am

A very convenient, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great reception and concierge staff. A very good breakfast. Pool lounges needs updating and with a bit more shade.

Location and across from the hotel there is a hawker center with good selections of food and prices are way better than the restaurant at the hotel

Wonderful stay, Wonderful staff, Wonderful location! The only not so great thing is, turning the TV off way to early before your check out!

A retractable clothes line in room for hand washed 'smalls' would be helpful. An overhead light above the bench/chair to facilitate reading paperwork would be great
