It was amazing service , great food. Amazing place for kids with variety’s of options of food

Nice stay but the food was 7/10. Only stayed here to enjoy Xcaret Park but I’ve had better experiences in other resorts

We love vacationing on the Yucatan Peninsula over the last 15 years. We have stayed at several different resorts, condos, and even an ocean-front villa, but the Princess resort is by far our favorite. We've stayed at the Princess once or twice a year over the last 5 years, and brought family members to enjoy to resort with us. The resort has been doing some needed renovations over the last year and the updated rooms are beautiful. Our only disappointment with the new rooms is they removed the Jacuzzi tubs, which was one of our favorite perks, and replaced them with a nice looking but small bathtub. They also remodeled the restaurants and improved the dining options and experiences. They have several chefs available to cook to order food at the evening buffet. And the staff is always very helpful. We want to thank Francisco, Roberto, Lorenzo, Beatriz, and Angel for making all of our meals a wonderful experience, and also our favorite tram driver Bernie for his excellent service. The only other thing that could have made our vacation better was the beach conditions. The sargassum was really bad, and was piled up in big stinky mounds, so we didn't spend anytime at the beach. I don't know if it's possible for the resort to do something to improve that, but we spent our time enjoying the pools instead. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back to the Princess!

There were certain areas on the resort that smelt like sewer so when we swept out of our room building 94 that’s all you smell and it was horrible there was alot of bugs and roaches that get through the doors the tub wasn’t cleaned right

Super nice staff, shoutout to Fredy, Diego & Aurceli! Only thing that was annoying is the beach patrol, it was almost pointless going to the beach on the resort. You were only permitted a very short amount of distance from the shore, and you couldn’t walk past the red flags they had up which were pretty close together. Kinda just get to watch all the other resort guests getting to go in and fully enjoy it while you couldn’t😅So yeah not much outdoor space, but overall my sister and I had a great time:) Everything was easy access, they have an MTS station so all your transportation & excursion needs are all in one place. The food was AMAZINGG and they have so many different dining options. Very clean as well, you can tell all of the staff do a great job maintaining the property. OH and don’t miss the theater shows, they’re so much fun & the dancers were great! Thank you to everyone who made our first time here very worth while:)
