This is our third time staying at this resort, and we love it every time! It's a wonderful choice for families, especially because of its convenient location just minutes from Xcaret Park. One of our favorite features is the beach area—it’s calm, family-friendly, and perfect for young children who are still learning to swim. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we also enjoyed the variety and quality of the food. We look forward to returning again!

My first time at Moon Palace after staying in other hotels in the Zona Hotelera. Other for the beach not being swimmable, everything about this hotel was amazing: the service, the staff, amenities, food. Everything also very clean and organized.

The swim up bars were nice, not usually too busy. The amount of pools were amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The description boasted 8 or 9 restaurants but only 4 were open each day so that was misleading. On our first 2 days there we couldn’t get reservations for dinner so we weren’t able to eat at all the places we wanted.
