Pretty good overall. Maintenance was poor on some areas. The pool table in the beach bar had a broken rail and was never fixed the entire time we were there as an example. Food was very good in most restaurants except for the Mexican buffet. We ate there the first night and the waiter got our order wrong and was rude when we corrected him.

The Pool is very average, unfortunately, the beach had sarcasm on it, if you’re looking for a party vibes, don’t go, it’s very chilly and relax

The staff were friendly and did their best to assist, though they seemed limited by the hotel’s policies and available resources—something that reflects more on management than on the team itself. The food was decent, but not particularly memorable. One downside was the strong push to become a timeshare member in order to access certain amenities, which took away from the overall experience. There were also several cost-saving measures that made the stay feel somewhat restrictive. For example, room service requires a $100 fee to use, and guests are limited to two bottled waters per day, with the expectation to refill at water stations. After spending time in the sun, having access to chilled bottled water would have been much more refreshing than room-temperature refills. Also, rooms had paper thin walls which made it difficult to sleep some nights hearing all the doors shutting or guest walking through the halls. On a positive note, the staff did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the property, which was appreciated. However, other limitations stood out—alcohol service is restricted to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., so enjoying something like a mimosa with breakfast isn’t an option. Additionally, there was only one coffee station available, which could be inconvenient during busier times. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were highlights, the various restrictions and policies made the experience feel more limited than expected

Beautiful grounds. The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The food isn’t as good as I was expecting for this resort. Circus restaurant is fun for kids but do not get fish and chips. It’s terrible. Everyone says, it’s fun but the food is bad. Why doesn’t the MP fix that? The spa is a little hidden place to grab coffee much quicker than the cafe. The cafe is amazing though. Sadly, the water isn’t that beautiful cancun water. We moved over to hotel zone to stay another week. So worth the beauty of the ocean on this side. The hotel is very beautiful though. They have some nights that are fun where you can eat outside. They do not advertise it very well. So much wasted food but we missed one totally because we had reservations and didn’t know about it. Check the app a lot. We went to a live country night that was super fun. Fun activities for the kids. I wouldn’t go to sunrise pool if you are at the grand. It’s sooooo crowded. Not worth it at all. Beware of the people as you leave. They try to high pressure you to buy a half price hotel for a future visit. They will not leave you alone. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and everyone had fun.

Great resort, the level of service we received from Alan was incredible. I would recommend this resort to any family looking for a getaway.

Resort close to the beach. Family friendly. Events and activities all day. Staff was amazing and very nice.
