Un lugar super recomendado para parejas, ya que es tranquilo y silencioso. Me gustaría que le hagan un reconocimiento a Adrián, él trabaja en recepción, siempre muy amable y atento.

Clean, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was the wait at the restaurant. The waiters walked past us several times before serving us, and we waited well over 30 minutes just to get water. Other than that, everything else was good.

Noisy machines make noise all night long if you stay at the El Beso section. Can't have quality sleep because of the noise.

Unfortunately, our experience at Moon Palace The Grand was disappointing. The biggest issue was the constant waiting. Restaurant reservations were extremely limited, and even breakfast at The Grand Buffet involved long lines. Despite having many restaurants, we could only enjoy the few that were available. Transportation was similar: carts were often full, with waits of 20 minutes or more. Our vacation became waiting, waiting, and waiting. The check-out experience made things even worse. On August 16 around 11:00 a.m., while my wife and daughters were still waiting in yet another long breakfast line—first for a table and then simply to order two eggs—I asked to start the check-out process and have them return their wristbands as soon as they finished. Although I was initially told this would be possible, “Carmen” refused to accommodate this simple request and told me I would have to start over and rejoin a line of approximately 20 people. Eventually, another employee kindly helped us by going to the restaurant to collect the wristbands, proving that a simple solution was possible. What disappointed us most was the lack of concern when we expressed our dissatisfaction. Moon Palace The Grand seems focused on handling large volumes rather than creating a memorable guest experience. We spent too much of our vacation waiting instead of enjoying it. Unfortunately, we will not return.
