The location of the hotel is great, clean, staff very nice

Food could be better. We tried one of the restaurants Mar y Fuego, food seemed pre prepared, it came out so fast. Was just okay so we stuck with the buffet Staff was always great

This resort was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a small resort to take my kids on their first international trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of games and activities, and it wasn’t over crowded. Everything was clean, reservations were easy to come by, and I never had a hard time finding a good seat by the pool or the beach.

El hotel está bien ubicado así como el acceso a la playa, el personal en términos generales fue muy receptivo y colaborador.. Lo malo, las condiciones del hotel dejan mucho que desear.. El aire acondicionado de mi cuarto nunca trabajó y hubo que solicitar uno nuevo, donde también había problemas aunque no tanto.. Solo te dan licores nacionales y el personal de los diferentes bares no cuentan con el conocimiento para preparar un coctel medianamente aceptable, la comida en los restaurantes premium aún ordenando lo que mejor preparan no es nada recomendable.. Hay mucho que se puede mejorar.

The staff are amazing & super friendly. Very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Restaurants have an amazing variety & great quality. You in a serene environment that makes you feel at peace
