The staff provides excellent service and the restaurant food is good, but the room could have better quality and finishes. Our towels were old and worn. The lobby and common areas were very hot and it could be nice to evaluate what they can do for a better experience.

This place was nearly perfect..only flaw was they have 4 restaurants that they don't open. The dominican buffet was excellent but it would have been nice to have more of a variety. Other than that. Amazing
