Esta en una buena locación, cerca de la playa, cerca de todo, el desayuno buffet es delicioso!! Y tiene mucha variedad super rica, lo que deberian mejorar es ciertas cosas en los cuartos como los jabones y el shampoo

This is a great location. The breakfast is actually very good there are many options and many of the staff were welcoming however I was disappointed at check in the host was very cold did not explain how the elevators work the hostess of the restaurant was kind and came ove to show me. Also I choose to stay at this place because I had heard great things about the roof top and I was not able to use on the night I checked, the form of imforning, was very impersonal. On the way out I was service by an employee that was extremely personal and very concerned about my experience. I hope the owners sees this, and Johnathan is rewarded for his service.

The hotel itself wasn’t very clean

Best view of Copacabana, period. Excellent service, great bathrooms, phenomenal pillows, not much else to ask for. This is the spot!!

Tub is rather dangerously slippery. Needs some strips.

Very nice resort in a good location. The beach staff was very friendly and helpful!

The service was superb. Property shows some wear after 10 years. Pool wasn’t heated as should be. Location is great and the simple but efficient beach service is a nice touch. Hopefully I’ll come back next year.
