I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Omni Hotels & Resorts and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dominique. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Dominique catered to every need for my husband, myself, and my parents-in-law with such warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care. What truly stood out was the thoughtful surprise she arranged for us upon arrival a beautiful setup with wine and a heartfelt note acknowledging our anniversaries. It was such a sweet and personal touch that made us feel incredibly special. Her level of hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness truly elevated our entire experience. Dominique is a true asset, and because of her, we will absolutely be returning. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

I just had a problem with the romance package the rose pedals was not in the room when we got there. Everything else was a once the front desk was notified of the problem they handled it quick! Other than that everything was perfect !
