Clean room on arrival. Didn't use the optional room cleaning services but the rest if the hotel was always clean. Reception staff were extremely friendly.

Amazing, staff, facilities, cleanliness. Nothing could be faulted amazing stay. I requested some flowers and cake and wine on arrival and they did so without hesitation amazing place.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite, but to call it a five-star hotel, I think is stretching the point. It's more like 4.5 stars. It doesn't quite come off as a five-star hotel. Location was good, but several little things didn't work out for us. For example, we couldn't get into our room because the card didn't work. When they fixed that and gave us a key and a card, it still didn't work. It was little things like that that didn't live up to the hype. We had an issue with the car on arrival. The manager was very helpful and gave us a free ride back to the airport when we left.

We had a wonderful stay at the Aparthotel Oberza. The staff were really helpful ahead of and during our stay, arranging airport transfers, trips and ensuring our rooms were ready when we arrive early following a very early flight, which was much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet overlooking the pretty courtyard, with a lovely balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was delicious and huge! With plenty of veggie options. The location is excellent within easy walk of river, castle and main square, and there are plenty of great bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets. We had a great stay and will be back.
