Excellent hotel Food, drinks really nice Sea jetty stunning

I like my stay there me and husband had a good time

Amazing holiday. Staff were so kind. My partners 50th birthday happened while we were away. They made him a cake, brought wine and balloons withoit prompting. Blown away by the food and service. The cleaning staffw were also wonderful. Great trip - cant fault the holiday!

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars. The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up around 6:00 AM and go to the beach just to secure a beach chair and umbrella. Even then, many of the chairs and umbrellas are in poor condition, with some being broken. Overall, there are several areas where the hotel could improve significantly, especially the Wi-Fi, communication, beach facilities, and dining options. That said, I would like to give a special thank you to Hussein for his friendliness and warm welcome. He was genuinely kind and made us feel welcomed during our stay.

Very nice hotel with lots to do. Amazing customer service from Shadi who helped us with everything we needed during our time at the hotel (responding very quickly every time we reached out to her) and kept us informed with all the activities going on at the hotel. We have never received such good customer service before when staying at a hotel!
