Hawkesbury Valley Waterpark Holidays

A great central to everything location. A short walk to train station and over to Darling Harbour. We went to the theatre and yet again just a short walk. The property was well presented. The breakfast well worth it. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the communication with our booking we requested two beds in one of our two rooms booked. They had missed my emails and only prepared a queen size and had to quickly organise a trundle bed shoved in the room. This wasn’t ideal but we just dealt with it. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again though as the in house customer service was good.

The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

A wonderful 'find'! Tucked away in a cobbled lane is this beautiful old, classy hotel! Wonderful ambience, lovely rooms with such a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom (including in ours, an old fashioned deep bath!), and great service. Add to that the generous and lovely breakfast delivered to your room, and the Establishment Hotel bar downstairs - large, buzzy, yet no noise from it up to the room, access on to lower George St with the light rail right outside the door, and you have the perfect place to stay. We will stay again!

great place to stay. Staff great. Could use a clock in room for the time, (cause I couldn't set micro-wave) and what is the go with can't use cash to pay for a beer, is a down side. How un Australian

This hotel is great value. Our check in was easy and the lady who checked us in was very helpful and nice. The meal in the pub was great and good value. It's a 15 min uber ride to airport. Only downside is rooms are very small and no soap anywhere to be found. A small complaint. Definitely recommend.
