We travelled June 25-29. It was hot! The room doesn’t have air conditioning. We were given a fan and instructed to open the window, but we need a key to wide open it. I have to complain at 1am feeling suffocated with the heat of the room, that’s only time the receptionist came to our room to use the key to open the window wider.
Other than that frustration, all other experience in this hotel is amazing!

Great place to stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish! Conveniently located near the airport! Located with indoor connects to the mall with everything you could want (shopping, grocery stores, fast food or sit down dining options!). While I didn’t use the water park, gym and spa, it’s super cool they are located within the building and can be added on to your stay!
