We stayed here for three nights. It was great.
Rooms were clean, check-in was easy. Air-conditioning was fantastic. It was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. My family loved it.

Loved the size of the room for a family of 4 with two children. The size is the biggest I’ve ever stayed in in Japan. Having the toilet in a separate room than the shower & sinks was also very convenient. Also, the bathroom also has double sinks! Having insuite laundry also meant we were able to pack light and conveniently do our laundry in the evening. Overall loved this hotel and would stay here again!

Awesome hotel! If you are looking for some 100% Japanese this isn’t that, as I think it is a Thai brand, but it was EXTREMELY user friendly for American’s first go in Japan. The staff is exceptional, I cannot stress this enough. This is not an Ai review, I’m a normal bro from Oregon, USA. My biggest recommendation is to pay for the Club Level amenities. Was that expensive and it was truly hard to believe how amazing it was. My wife and I immediately started the process of booking a trip to Bangkok to stay at another Centara Grand property, which I think might be the best compliment a hotel chain can get. 5/5 stars. 10/5 stars for the hospitality. Kudos

Convenient location because walkable to many places. Has washer/dryer. Multiple Convenient stores across or a few steps from hotel with money exchange ATM machine. Love blackout feature in the room. Has umbrellas in lobby for hotel guests on rant days.
