The room itself was great and very clean. However, due to the hotel adding another annex, there are a lot more guests BUT they didn't expand their dining room. This caused a long wait during the breakfast buffet as guests had to stand in line to wait for a table to free up. The breakfast had a good variety of items though, so that kind of makes up for the inconvenience of waiting for a dining table.
As well, half of the spa was closed due to renovations and the onsens are dangerous with broken tiles. The Onsen probably needs to shutdown for a month for major repairs because it was a huge disappointment. I would suggest not visiting this spa and Onsen, and instead visit a nicer place.

Very nice Hotel
"The hotel is amazing, but the spa and pool area is open from 10am to 7pm if you stay just 1 night (check in at 3pm and check out at 10am) you, can use the pool facilities for a max of 4 hours"
