Pro: Front desk staffs and lifeguards are great.
Cons: The room isn’t clean! We found a lollipop stick on top of the bed frame (it shows housekeeper isn’t carefully checking) and a tiny spider. Housekeeper took our used towels but didn’t replace new ones. Didn’t refill water bottles, didn’t refill bathroom essentials! We are kinda disappointed in the water park, not much to do except lazy river. There is only 1 pool, pretty small.
