The staff and hospitality was second to none. They were extremely friendly and approachable. They had a wonderful sense of humour and made us feel very welcome. The beach view was sensational and to wake up to it was awesome everyday. The grounds were very well maintained and looked stunning. Some of my pictures don’t do it justice. RIU have created a space that is tranquil and serene. The rooms were always cleaned to a high standard. The only downside were the bathrooms which required some TLC as they were mouldy, needed to be re plastered and limescale was prominent. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel is under renovation rooms are not clean food is below average it’s misleading as you pay for 4 stars hotel but you get shocked with not even two stars level, and you get stuck with the stay as it’s non refundable so it’s waste of money and waste of vacation

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff** Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I would like to recognise those who made our experience extra special. Hajar is definitely one in a million. She was very attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We were also given an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The elderly gentleman at reception who serves the tea was always smiling and very helpful. Seeing him carrying luggage, making tea and helping guests at his age was very touching. He is an example to the younger generation. May God give him a long and healthy life. The cleaning team were lovely, especially Ahmed. What touched me was that even after finishing his shift, he stayed to help another cleaner who was behind with her duties. The team worked together, smiling and laughing. Their teamwork was wonderful to see. The spa treatment was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, the area was very clean and smelled lovely. Ayub by the pool, was also very friendly. He played table tennis and supported not only my nephew but other visitors too. It was lovely to see someone who clearly enjoys his work and has a genuine smile. Jihane from the breakfast team also provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to arrange baked beans for my sister and arrange a cake for my nephew. She went over and beyond what is expected. Thank you.

We opted for 1 bad room apartment and it was very dull in terms of lighting etc, sofa beds were really hard to sleep, toilet was ok but all taps and showers are full of Rust, salty water and Above all there was only one AC in whole apartment which was in lounge and bedroom was roasting hot, we all ended up sleeping in lounge (family of 4 and barely managed). Listing can be more clearer that there isn’t AC in bedroom. We booked it for 4 nights and first thing in the morning we end up getting another hotel nearby which was absolutely joy to stay there I won’t recommend with all these flaws in one apartment.
